RENT TO RENT ( OPTION 1 )

Under this arrangement, we agree to a contract—typically up to three years—during which we cover the landlord’s rent, utilities, and council tax. In some cases, we may also carry out a light refurbishment to enhance the property.

The landlord receives a guaranteed monthly payment throughout the contract period, while we take full responsibility for the property. This includes managing all maintenance, handling day-to-day operations, and accommodating our own trusted clients, ensuring a hands-off, worry-free experience for the landlord
